I don't remember making this blog, but it sounds like me.

 Yeah, so, as the title says, I have no memory of making this blog or writing the "Initial Statement" post, although it certainly read like most of the things I have posted before and since on my relatively more "active" blog Psychic Toilet.  In fact, I think there is even an "Initial Statement" post on that blog from when it began.  

That's it.  Nothing more to see here.  If I post anything, it will by on Psychic Toilet.  I don't know how to hyperlink that here, or even if I can, and won't bother trying.
